The first part of any recovery is to learn some self care techniques that will support you by helping your body to reduce the pain and discomfort it is currently experiencing. Coaching you through lots of different release techniques using the power of a foam roller. I use these techniques every day, not only for my own body, but for lots of clients just like you, who want to look, feel and move the best they can.
