WEEK TWO

WEEK THREE

Sleep is essential for health and survival, yet how often do we focus on the quality of the sleep that we allow our bodies to have? There's so many factors that can affect a good night's sleep, including high stress, children or partner waking you during the night, late nights out or even in front of the TV, shift work, and for those of you who are going through the menopause, hormone changes that occur within the body.

WEEK FOUR

Last session we talked about sleep and how lack of it raises cortisol in the body. Our fight and flight hormone. Switching the body's natural fat burning to fat storing. Particularly around the abdominal wall. Well this same hormone is triggered when we're stressed. now we'll work on how we can manage it better, to improve your fat burning throughout the day and to allow your body to continue to lose weight on this wonderful journey.
